EasyVax is an app and website that helps users schedule a vaccine appointment at nearby pharmacies in 60 seconds or less. As the app has grown we’ve added additional features like a vaccine eligibility quiz and co-administration of vaccines.

I joined two other designers on this project for the initial design. About a year later, I was brought back on as the lead designer to make UI improvements and add new features. During this process I expanded upon the design system and refreshed the visuals for a more polished, marketable feel.

As the platform matured, GSK realized EasyVax was a great tool that could be used outside of the doctor’s office. With paid advertising, they began to direct traffic to the site and apps. This meant additional context needed to be added to the flow. Visitors may not know what vaccines they are eligible for, so we added an eligibility quiz to help them. The quiz is presented as a floating action button so that it does not distract from the main flow of scheduling a vaccine, but is readily available if needed.
